Céline Dutilly

Born in Quebec, Dutilly studied piano and musicology at McGill University in Montréal. She went on to study in Paris and Munich, winning first prize (for song accompaniment) at the Franz Schubert Institute in Baden near Vienna.

At master classes, she assisted many famous singers including Erika Köth, Ernst Haefliger Hans Hotter, Astrid Varnay and Ingrid Bjoner.

An outstanding piano accompanist, Dutilly is in demand at international competitions such as the "ARD Wettbewerb", "Placido Domingo World's Voice Competition", NEUE STIMMEN, "Großer Förderpreiswettbewerb der Konzertgesellschaft München" and the "Alexander Girardi Wettbewerb".

She has appeared as song accompanist at prominent music festivals such as Aix-en-Provence, Schleswig-Holstein, the "Schubertiade" and the Wexford Opera Festival.

Céline Dutilly is Professor at the College of Music and Theater in Munich.
